ASOC AGM Details

ASOC would like to invite all members to attend the ASOC Annual General Meeting. You are encouraged attend the AGM, to hear about the ASOC events held throughout the year, and most importantly to vote on the executives who will lead the society in 2010. The details of the AGM are as follows.

There will be free pizza and drinks provided for all!

Date: Thursday Week 12 (15/10/2009)
Time: 1-3pm
Location: Red Center Room M032

The AGM agenda will consist of:
  • Report from President of the year's activities
  • Report from Treasurer
  • Members' vote for ASOC to be affiliated with Arc in 2010
  • Speeches from candidates for president
  • Election of ASOC execs in 2010

Please note the speeches will start at the start of the AGM. At the conclusion of the speeches, the pizzas will be served and voting for ASOC Exec 2010 will commence.
