Macquarie's 2009/2010 Australian Summer Vacation Program closing Tuesday, 14 July 2009:

Macquarie Group is seeking talented and ambitious students to join our business as summer interns for the 2009/2010 Summer Vacation Program. The Macquarie Summer Vacation Program targets students typically in their penultimate year of study (2nd year of a 3 year degree or those students in their 3rd year of a 5 year degree) and offers the opportunity to work full time between December and February.

Throughout this time you will benefit from hands-on experience, exposure to the financial services sector and an insight into the career opportunities offered at Macquarie. Macquarie’s Summer Vacation Program gives you the chance to build valuable skills and demonstrate your potential.

For the 2009/2010 summer vacation period, internship opportunities are available in the following groups in Sydney.  

 

·              Banking and Financial Services Group

·              Macquarie Capital Group  - opportunities also available in Melbourne & Perth  

·              Macquarie Funds Group

·              Treasury and Commodities Group

·              Corporate Affairs Group

·              Information Technology Group

·              Risk Management Group
