If you are unable to attend the AGM on Thursday (15/10/09), you can submit an email proxy vote for the election.Online Email Voting will be accepted from 12.01am Wed (14/10/09) until 11.59am Thu (15/10/09) for a total of 36 hours.Email Voting Instructions:
- Please click here to view the candidate statements.
- Login to your unimail or zmail account.
- Copy and paste this template into your unimail/zmail and fill out the preferences.
- Send your votes to elections@asoc.unsw.edu.au.
Additional Information:- Emails sent from non-unsw student email accounts will be disregarded.
- Student numbers will be used to verify enrolment in Actuarial courses, and hence membership of ASOC.
- If both email and EGM election votes are received by the same student number, then the email vote will be discarded.
- Votes will be counted according to Section 29 of ASOC regulations. Please see attachment to post below.
